At KES we know that finding a job can be hard work and that you may need some extra support. Providing employment services to Indigenous job seekers in the Broome Region, we offer clients a tailored program to support their job search in any employment field, believing that every job seeker is employable and has much to offer employers.
We’re here to help and can offer you :

Experienced local Employment Advisors who are focused on your individual needs;

Access to soft skills training and accredited courses;

Assistance to prepare a resume, motivational coaching, assistance to improve your interview skills;

Use of the facilities in our Broome Office including phone, fax, computers, internet, email and newspapers;

Employment Advisors who will actively reverse market you to prospective employers;

Support and assistance for up 6 months after you start your job.
All of the services and facilities provided to you by KES as a registered job seeker are offered to you at no cost.
So whether you are ready to move into work or you need extra skills and training, a KES Employment Advisors will assist you towards your chosen career path.
How to get started:
During your first interview with KES our Employment Advisors will work with you to map your skills and experience to formulate a career path for you, this information will be stored in the Employment Services System (ESS).
What to bring to your first interview - Proof of Identity, and a copy of your current resume – or if you have no resume you will need to provide an outline of your previous employment history, skills, qualifications and licenses to your Employment Advisor.
KES Employment Advisors may also provide access to training that will skill our eligible jobseekers to be competitive in the current available employment environment.
KES staff will inform you to the assistance and facilities available for your use to create opportunities to gain employment.

Jobs Services Australia does not limit itself to any particular industry. KES Employment Advisors will assist our eligible jobseekers to gain employment in any available employment environment that is suited to their skills and abilities.
